Manager, you will be responsible for onsite HR support, enhancing employee relations, compliance, and diversity goals. Strong leadership skills and HR technical knowledge are essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities:

- Role model safety standards across team
- Consult and coach leaders and associates
- Manage staffing functions, sourcing, and onboarding
- Ensure compliance with provincial labor laws

- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources
- 2 to 4 years of HR generalist experience
- Strong coaching and influencing capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
