We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Immigration and Program advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging educational content, fostering a positive learning environment, and supporting student development. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to analyze educational needs, and proficiency with various educational tools.

The counsellor will play a vital role in shaping learners' experiences and ensuring they achieve their academic or training goals. This role combines client advising with target-driven sales, perfect for individuals who enjoy helping people while also achieving results. Ideal for full-time professionals or students looking to gain experience in immigration and educational industry.

Responsibilities

- Handling incoming calls and guide them with professional advise related to educational and immigration matters.
- Provide accurate information about educational courses, study permits, work permits, PR pathways, and other immigration regulations.
- Assist clients with profile assessment in accordance with programs, answering eligibility questions and guide them to the next steps in their application journey.
- Coordinate with our legal and processing teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.
- Maintain CRM records of interaction with leads and preparing action plans as per their needs.




- Participate in marketing campaigns, and community outreach whenever needed.
- Foster an inclusive environment that encourages active participation and engagement
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance recruitment strategy and client success.
- Maintain effective communication with students, parents, institutes or stakeholders regarding progress and program updates.

Requirements

- Proven experience in sales or similar roles with strong public speaking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Hindi / Punjabi/ Nepali/Newari or Bhutani/ Dzongkha Language are assets.
- Energetic, self-driven, and target-oriented.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, and client success focused environment.
- Students with excellent interpersonal skills are welcome to apply for part-time roles
- Previous sales, call centre, or immigration/education experience considered as asset.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team setting with highly motivated attitude.
