Raise is currently hiring an Incident Management Project Manager on behalf of our client. They’re expanding their team to meet growing needs, making this a unique opportunity to work with an industry leader. Our Client, is one of the largest electrical energy suppliers in Canada Note: The primary pay rate is based on T4 classification; however, we will also consider applications from candidates interested in an INC classification, where applicable.
Description The Project manager in this role will provide support with scheduling and reporting to the Incident Management Team. The role assists with the efficient administration of incident management and investigation processes by coordinating documentation, maintaining records, tracking action items, facilitating meetings, supporting reporting requirements, and ensuring timely communication with stakeholders The primary focus of this role is to provide robust scheduling, documentation, and reporting support to the Incident Management Team, ensuring efficient administration of investigation and incident management processes
Qualifications
- A minimum of five (5) years of project management experience or equivalent operational background.
- Strong Microsoft 365 skills including advanced Excel, Word, OneNote, Teams, and MS Project, alongside hands-on SharePoint Online experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge or certification in records and file management.
- Education and Certifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related discipline
- Nice-to-Have Assets
- Project Management Professional (PMP) designation.
- Major Case Management training or certification.
- Justice Institute of British Columbia (JIBC) Investigations and Enforcement Skills Certificate.
- Canadian Registered Safety Skilled (CRSP) or Canadian Registered Safety Technologist (CRST) designation.
Additional Information
- Candidates would generally be expected to work in the office approximately two days per week.
- Every contractor must supply their own Windows 11 Laptop computer for the duration of the assignment.
- Every contractor must supply their own “Smart Phone”. This is needed to gain access to the Organizations network
