Responsibilities

- Perform comprehensive electrical maintenance and advanced troubleshooting on complex plant equipment.
- Inspect, test, and repair electrical systems and infrastructure to ensure maximum safety and operational efficiency.
- Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns to minimize production downtime and restore operations.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to support and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain precise records of work performed, system modifications, and parts inventory.

Qualifications

- Must possess a valid Red Seal Industrial Electrician certificate.
- Deep understanding of industrial electrical systems, controls, and medium‑voltage safety standards.
- Expert ability to diagnose, isolate, and resolve complex electrical issues efficiently.
- Highly skilled in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation.
- Unwavering commitment to safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and arc flash safety.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to function effectively within a multidisciplinary maintenance team.
- Previous experience in the Cement Industry or heavy industrial manufacturing is preferred.

Conditions of Employment

Work Environment

- Heavy industrial environments with moving mechanical equipment.
- Exposure to inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise levels.
