Infrastructure Coordinator ITIL / Incident & Problem Management

Toronto, Ontario, Canada | 12-Month Contract | Hybrid (3 4 days onsite/week)

Pay Rate: $60 CAD/hour

About The Role

Our consulting client is seeking an Infrastructure Coordinator to support platform stability, daily Run-the-Bank/Business-as-Usual (BAU) operations, and strict access governance. This role will coordinate production incident and problem management, oversee change management activities, and support operational monitoring and reporting within an enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

- Maintain platform stability and manage daily Run-the-Bank/Business-as-Usual (BAU) activities.
- Support and enforce strict access governance across infrastructure platforms.
- Oversee the triage, tracking, and resolution of platform-specific production incidents, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations.
- Coordinate the change management lifecycle for platform deployments.
- Ensure change documentation, approvals, and risk assessments meet enterprise compliance standards.
- Handle daily operational requests, health checks,



platform monitoring, and minor administrative updates.
- Generate operational KPIs and dashboards tracking system uptime, incident resolution SLAs, and change success rates.
- Support ongoing operational processes and ensure adherence to established IT service management practices.

Required Skills / What You Bring
- Infrastructure Engineer experience in an enterprise environment.
- ITIL certification.
- Robust experience with Incident & Problem Management.
- Experience with ServiceNow.
- Experience supporting production infrastructure and BAU operations.
- Knowledge of Change Management processes and governance.
- Experience with operational metrics, KPIs, dashboards, and SLA reporting.
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT service management and operational processes.

Compensation The hourly rate for this contract position is $60 CAD per hour (T4). Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other relevant factors. #Agility IT
