Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field
- 5+ years in process engineering or quality roles
- Experience in OSB or Engineered Wood Products is a plus
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems (QMS)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
