Become an Inside HVAC Consultation Expert, providing critical support by troubleshooting and advising on HVAC/R systems. This role is pivotal in enhancing contractor relationships and service efficiency. We are looking for a skilled technical consultant with substantial experience in HVAC/R.

You will assist in diagnosing refrigeration issues, provide installation guidance, and deliver technical documentation to ensure effective service. Your solid communication and problem-solving abilities will help drive improvements. Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with HVAC/R installation and troubleshooting
- Diagnose refrigeration circuit and control issues
- Share technical documentation with contractors and engineers
- Connect callers to field personnel for urgent resolutions
- Record call details in the tracking database Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- At least 2 years of technical consulting experience
- Minimum 5 years in HVAC/R installation and service
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
