Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated student to join our International Marketing and Market Development team. The intern will support research, communications, outreach, and partnership development across selected international markets.
This opportunity is ideal for a student interested in international business, marketing, communications, public policy, accessibility, or social impact.

Key Responsibilities
- Research potential international markets, partners, institutions, employers, and government agencies
- Identify relevant accessibility, education, employment, and disability-inclusion initiatives
- Support international marketing and outreach campaigns
- Prepare country-specific research, market briefs, and contact lists
- Draft emails, presentations, social-media content, and partnership materials
- Assist with LinkedIn and email outreach to prospective partners
- Track communications, follow-ups, and partnership opportunities
- Support international events, meetings, campaigns, and market-development activities
- Monitor policies, funding opportunities, industry developments, and competitors
- Collaborate with Enabled Talent’s leadership and international team members
Preferred Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a college or university program
- Studying marketing, international business, communications, public policy, social sciences, accessibility, human resources, or a related subject
- Robust research, writing, and communication skills
- Interest in accessibility, disability inclusion, education, employment, or social impact
- Ability to work independently within a remote and international environment
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Canva, CRM systems, or digital-marketing tools is an asset
- Additional languages or international experience are considered assets
- Lived experience of disability or accessibility barriers is welcomed and valued
