Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Inventory Clerk to join our team and drive efficient materials management across our operations. In this role, you will be the backbone of our supply chain, ensuring accurate inventory levels, seamless order fulfillment, and optimal warehouse distribution. You will be working in the warehouse to assist with the Supply Shop.

Responsibilities

- Maintain precise inventory records using our Warehouse Management Program
- Conduct regular data collection, and analysis to monitor stock levels, identify discrepancies, and forecast demand
- Support demand planning by analyzing project trends, merchandising data, and supply chain metrics to optimize stock replenishment strategies.
- Coordinate with procurement and sourcing teams to facilitate purchasing decisions, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure timely order fulfillment.




- Oversee warehouse distribution activities including materials management, order picking, packing, and shipping processes.
- Safely manage warehouse movements when necessary.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement in inventory workflows and implement best practices for efficiency gains.

Requirements

- Proven experience inventory
- Solid understanding of warehouse management systems.
- Knowledge of construction management principles and knowledge of construction tools and materials
- Excellent negotiation skills paired with experience in procurement and sourcing activities.
- Ability to operate forklifts safely; forklift certification is preferred or required upon hire.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail; capable of process improvement through data-driven insights.
