What you will do

- Command Learjet 45 operations with uncompromising safety, regulatory compliance, and SOP discipline.
- Deliver a polished, discreet, and friendly customer experience from briefing to baggage.
- Exercise sound judgment in agile environments, making timely decisions that balance safety, efficiency, and service.
- Lead effective crew resource management and clear, professional communication across all stakeholders.
- Plan and execute flights end-to-end: performance, weather, fuel, alternates, and operational risk management.
- Maintain meticulous operational standards, documentation, and time management to keep flights on schedule.

Minimum qualifications

- Total time: 3,500 hours
- Pilot-in-Command (PIC): 2,000 hours
- Multi-engine: 2,000 hours
- Multi-engine PIC: 1,500 hours
- Jet: 200 hours
- License: ATPL (TCCA)
- Medical: Class 1
- Language: ICAO ELP Level 4

Preferred

- Previous experience on the Learjet 45. Candidates with this background will be given preference.

Training and onboarding

Type rating is not required; successful candidates will receive Learjet 45 training. We seek captains who embrace continuous learning, bring a safety-first mindset, and elevate the guest experience from day one.
