This isn't a desk-bound HR role — it's a chance to build the leadership capability, culture, and people infrastructure behind a growing, field-based operation where reliability, safety, and execution matter every single day.What you'll own:Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to the President, CFO, and executive teamLead workforce planning, succession, and talent strategy across a geographically dispersed workforceChampion a culture of safety, accountability, engagement, and performance across corporate and field teamsBuild and scale HR systems, compensation, compliance, and reporting across multiple jurisdictionsDrive the people side of growth, change,
