Dexterra Group is hiring for a Chef role to lead remote-lodge kitchen operations at Horizon North site. You will design and execute high-quality rotating menus, supervise staff, and ensure HACCP and FOODSAFE compliance across hot, cold, pastry, and banquet services.

You should have a journeyperson or Red Seal, HACCP certification, and 10+ years’ experience in hospitality/food service, including remote lodge experience. Robust leadership and cost-control skills are essential.
