NACG is seeking an experienced Heavy Duty Mechanic to work in a remote setting at the Suncor Base Plant. This position requires solid skills in diagnostic and troubleshooting processes for various machinery. Key Responsibilities

- Perform repairs on CAT, Komatsu, and Hitachi machines
- Conduct preventative maintenance and servicing procedures
- Troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical issues
- Test repaired equipment to meet manufacturer standards
- Mentor and evaluate apprentices in mechanics

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years post-Journeyman certification experience
- Valid Alberta Journeyman certificate (Off-Road)
- Strong diagnostic skills and ability to work unsupervised
- Basic computer skills are essential
- Leadership qualities in job interactions
