Position Details
We have an exciting new opportunity to join our first ever Vancouver storefront as a Key Holder!
We’re looking for an energetic, reliable Key Holder to support day-to-day store and warehouse operations, working closely with our Store Operations Supervisor to help guide the team.
As a trusted member of the team, you’ll be responsible for opening/closing procedures, ensuring the store and warehouse run smoothly. This full-time role blends hands-on store and warehouse work with light leadership support, making you a dependable presence the team can count on.

- Excellent communication skills; Able to communicate effectively with the team and with leadership.
What You’ll Do
- Open and/or close the store and warehouse in accordance with company procedures, including securing the premises and alarm system.
- Support the Store Operations Supervisor by helping guide the team on the floor.
- Assist customers with product inquiries and demos, delivering excellent customer service on the sales floor.
- Manage merchandise displays and ensure the sales floor is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
- Operate the POS system, handle cash transactions, and prepare accurate cash deposits as needed.
- Support warehouse operations, including receiving, auditing, and packing customer orders.
- Maintain organization, cleanliness, and safety standards throughout the store and warehouse.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and assist with stock counts and audits.
- Troubleshoot day-to-day operational issues and flag any concerns to the Store Operations Supervisor.
- Adhere to and promote safety and compliance standards across all operations.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Comfortable with physical work,
including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or sales position in a retail setting is required.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a warehouse or setting is preferred.
- Previous key holder or team lead experience is considered an asset.
- Previous experience in the hair/beauty industry is considered an asset.
- Experience in shipping and receiving is considered an asset.
- Proficient verbal communication skills in English are required.
- Fluency in Arabic is considered an asset, as many of our customers speak Arabic — However, this is not required.
