We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Helper to join our team at Cafe Mozaiko in Canada. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently, contributing to our mission of delivering high-quality Japanese cuisine.

Responsibilities

- Assist in meal and food preparation to ensure timely service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
- Support chefs with cooking tasks as needed.
- Handle food safely and adhere to hygiene standards.
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance kitchen efficiency.
- Follow recipes and presentation standards for dishes.




- Participate in training sessions to improve culinary skills.
- Qualifications
- Previous kitchen or restaurant experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices.
