Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Kitchen Server, where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. As a Kitchen Server, you will be the bridge between the kitchen and the dining area, helping to create a welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back.

Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm, highlighting specials and upselling opportunities to enhance their experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Micros POS, ensuring timely and correct delivery
- Serve food and drinks efficiently from the kitchen to guests’ tables while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards
- Assist in setting up and clearing tables, maintaining cleanliness in the dining area, and adhering to food safety regulations
- Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering duties and processing payments with basic math skills
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared correctly and promptly,



supporting overall restaurant operations
- Provide excellent guest services by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all diners

Qualifications

- Previous food service experience in a restaurant or food industry setting is highly preferred
- Solid customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
- Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking efficiently
- Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and upselling opportunities
- Experience in serving or hospitality roles that demonstrate guest-focused service orientation is advantageous
