Job Overview

Pacific Blue Property Services is looking for a reliable and hardworking Landscape Labourer to join our growing team.

You will work as part of a two- to three-person landscaping crew under the direction of a Site Supervisor. The crew travels between contracted properties to complete regular landscape maintenance and ensure each site is kept clean, safe, and professionally maintained.

Previous landscaping experience is an asset, but it is not required. We are willing to train motivated individuals who enjoy working outdoors and are eager to learn.

Responsibilities

- Travel with the crew to different properties throughout the workday
- Perform routine landscaping services according to each property’s contract
- Mow lawns and complete edging and trimming
- Prune shrubs, hedges, and small trees
- Remove weeds, leaves, branches, and other landscaping debris
- Assist with planting, mulching, fertilizing, and general garden-bed maintenance
- Operate landscaping tools and equipment, including lawnmowers, trimmers, blowers, pruners, shovels, and rakes
- Load and unload tools, equipment, and landscaping materials
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
- Follow the instructions of the Site Supervisor




- Work cooperatively with other crew members
- Complete other landscaping duties as assigned

Qualifications
- Previous landscaping, gardening, or outdoor maintenance experience is an asset but not required
- Willingness to learn landscaping techniques and safe equipment operation
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
- Comfortable performing physical work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Able to lift landscaping materials, operate equipment, and remain active throughout the workday
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
- Basic familiarity with landscaping tools is an asset
