Duties

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to identify new business opportunities within the landscape industry.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, contractors, and commercial partners through proactive communication and personalized service.
- Conduct detailed needs assessments with clients to recommend tailored landscape solutions that meet their goals and budgets.
- Lead negotiations to close sales effectively, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that foster ongoing partnerships.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that promote landscape services and generate leads.
- Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities,



manage client accounts, and analyze market trends for continuous improvement.
- Provide leadership within the sales team by sharing best practices, mentoring new team members, and contributing to strategic planning efforts.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management within the landscaping or related industries.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate value propositions clearly and persuasively.
- Analytical skills to interpret market data, customer feedback, and sales metrics for informed decision-making.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms for managing client relationships and sales pipelines.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Knowledge of marketing strategies relevant to the landscape industry is a plus.
