We're looking for an experienced Landscape Maintenance Supervisor to lead multiple landscape maintenance crews while ensuring our commercial properties consistently exceed client expectations. What You'll Do As a Landscape Maintenance Supervisor, you'll oversee multiple commercial landscape maintenance crews while ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Your responsibilities will include

- Supervising and supporting multiple landscape maintenance crews across various commercial properties - Coaching, mentoring, and developing Crew Leaders and team members - Scheduling work and allocating labour, equipment, and materials to maximize productivity - Performing regular site inspections to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met - Building strong relationships with clients and addressing questions or concerns professionally - Identifying enhancement opportunities and working with the sales and operations teams to develop solutions - Ensuring crews follow all company safety policies and procedures - Managing equipment usage and ensuring proper care and maintenance - Completing daily reports, site inspections,



production tracking, and other administrative responsibilities - Supporting recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management of field employees - Assisting with snow and ice management operations during the winter season, including supervising crews during snow events What We're Looking For - 5+ years of commercial landscape maintenance experience - Previous experience supervising multiple crews or managing landscape operations - Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills - Excellent organizational and time management abilities - Experience managing client relationships in a commercial environment - Strong understanding of commercial landscape maintenance practices and equipment - Ability to identify problems, make decisions, and prioritize work in a quick-paced environment - Valid G Driver's Licence with a clean driving record - Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and digital reporting systems - Landscape Technician, Horticulture, or related education is considered an asset Why Join CSL?
