Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Landscaper/Labourer to join our energetic outdoor maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with a variety of landscaping, gardening, and construction tasks to create and maintain beautiful, functional outdoor spaces. Your enthusiasm and hands-on approach will help ensure projects are completed efficiently and to high standards.

Responsibilities

- Assist with landscape installation, including planting, turfing, and soil preparation using hand tools and power tools
- Operate equipment such as excavators and other machinery safely and effectively for site preparation and material handling
- Maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper watering schedules and system functionality
- Perform routine landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, pruning, weeding, mulching, and edging to keep outdoor areas pristine
- Support construction activities by preparing sites, mixing materials, and assisting with the assembly of landscape features




- Conduct general maintenance on tools, machinery, and equipment to ensure safety and optimal performance
- Follow safety protocols at all times during outdoor work activities and report any hazards or incidents promptly

Experience

- Previous experience in landscaping, gardening, or construction work is preferred but not mandatory; on-the-job training will be provided
- Familiarity with horticultural practices including planting, pruning, and soil management
- Mechanical knowledge related to operating hand tools, power tools, and small machinery such as excavators is advantageous
- Experience with irrigation systems installation and maintenance is a plus
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions with physical stamina and attention to detail
