Helpero is looking for a Zone Launch & Operations Manager in the GTA

We're looking for more than just an administrator or a marketer. We need a hands-on operations manager who can take one GTA zone and turn it into a functioning local business.

What you'll be doing

- research the territory, demand, competitors, and prices;
- select priority service categories;
- interview and engage service providers;
- organize a local marketing launch;
- monitor orders, technician availability, and quality;
- resolve issues with cancellations, late arrivals, and complaints;
- manage the approved budget;
- monitor GMV, Contribution Margin, and zone profitability;
- achieve more than 100 paid orders per calendar month;
- prepare the zone for sustainable operation and further scaling.

Helpero provides the platform, CRM, applications, SOPs, analytics, and funding for the approved budget.

Format: Independent Contractor, part time work may be possible initially.

Upon successful completion, the manager may be assigned additional areas of the GTA.

Greater Toronto Area, Ontario

Pay: $60,814.30-$130,055.39 per year
