Join us as we shape the future of AI and beyond. We are seeking a Senior Board Hardware Debug Engineer to join our Datacenter & AI Board Validation team.

Work at the intersection ofcutting-edge GPU solutions, CPUs, memory, networking, and power delivery Leadsystem-level integrationand debug across multi-board, multi-GPU datacenter platforms You will be a key technical leader ensuring our boards and systems meet performance, reliability, and quality targets in demanding Datacenter and AI environments. Hands-on : Comfortable in the lab with scopes, analyzers, probes, and soldering tools Deeply passionate aboutDEBUG and testing: Creative and resourceful: Able to design experiments, work around incomplete specs, and find data-driven solutions You thrive in ambiguity, enjoy complex technical challenges, and take pride in owning issues to closure. Leadboard- and system-level DEBUGof Datacenter GPU platforms (bring-up, stability, performance, interoperability) Develop and execute functional test plansfor new boards and system configurations Perform and guide Board Signal Integrityvalidation: eye diagrams, jitter analysis, margins, channel characterization Lead technical validation efforts across teams, driving validation priorities and test coverage for critical features Champion root-cause analysis and cross-functional debugacross silicon design, firmware, BIOS, board design,



and manufacturing Providedesign-for-test and design-for-debugfeedback for future board and system designs Document debug findings, createreproducible test cases, and drivecorrective actionsinto design and process Supportfactory, customer, and fieldescalations requiring deep hardware debug expertise Proven experience inDatacenter board designand/orBoard Validationfor server, accelerator, or networking products Hands-ondebug methodologies: fault isolation, boundary scan, probing, rework, A/B comparison.

Solid understanding ofsignal integrityconcepts and tools (e.g., high-speed SerDes, DDR, PCIE channel analysis) Willing andcomfortable travelingto support engineering builds, factory ramps, and key debug events (domestic and international, as needed) Self-directed and self-motivated: able to drive tasks with minimal supervision and manage multiple debug threads in parallel ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS: Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering or related field.
