VIA Rail Canada is seeking a Lead Advisor, Identity & Access Management (IAM) to shape the future of enterprise identity security. You will define strategy, guide architecture and enable secure access for workforce, partners and applications across hybrid and cloud environments.

You will partner with Cybersecurity, GRC, IT and HR to translate identity risks into standards, roadmaps and solutions, drive IAM program maturity, oversee PAM and IGA initiatives, and support audits and regulatory
