This role is an excellent opportunity to lead the development of cutting-edge, high-impact scientific content that elevates medical education and advances patient outcomes. As an Associate Medical Director, you’ll leverage your expertise in medical writing and scientific storytelling to drive impactful deliverables across multiple therapeutic areas. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams,
and cultivate strong client relationships to ensure excellence in all aspects of our work. This is a hybrid role, based in any of our US offices—Recent York City, Boston, Chicago, San Francisco, Carmel (IN), or Lambertville (NJ)—or remotely within the US, depending on team and business needs. We are also open to remote applicants in Canada. This role requires working eastern US hours. What You’ll Do Oversee a team of medical writers within assigned therapeutic areas and client accounts; provide leadership and mentorship, fostering a culture of excellence and supporting professional growth within the team Review and revise medical content to ensure scientific accuracy and alignment with client strategies Counsel and serve as integral partnertoclientsin the development of various medical strategies and in the design and analysis of related medical communication tactics and deliverables Serve as the primary medical point of contact for clients on projects and deliverables, building trust and maintaining open communication while providing strategic and tactical guidance Ensure all deliverables meet the highest standards of scientific accuracy, consistency, and compliance with client guidelines and industry regulations Understand project scopes and statuses and partner with
