Job Description

What You'll Do

- Enter and transfer employee labour and service information between software systems
- Review data for accuracy and completeness before processing
- Support invoice preparation by ensuring information is entered correctly and on time
- Investigate and resolve data discrepancies
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Work closely with Service Operations teams to ensure information is processed efficiently
- Monitor, triage, and action tickets submitted through company portals to support business operations and service delivery
- And additional tasks as assigned to support the business requirements

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience in data entry, administration, invoicing, payroll, accounting support, or a similar role
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Comfortable working with numbers and large amounts of data
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
