Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Key Account Manager – Rental. The Key Account Manager is responsible for maintaining, retaining, and growing customers through effective relationship‑building within an assigned territory. The Rental Location Key Account Manager ensures timely implementation of all customer programs to exceed customer expectations, service and quality standards, and position Cintas as the leader in our industry, ultimately building value and enhancing the customer experience.

Required Qualifications

- 2‑3 years business experience
- A valid, full, unrestricted driver’s license

Preferred Qualifications

- High School diploma or GED; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Customer relations and/or business‑to‑business sales experience selling products and/or providing services to a broad customer/prospect base

Compensation

A reasonable estimate of base salary for this role ranges between $74,800 and $95,700 per year and is eligible for an annual target bonus. The bonus earned is based on the performance of the individual, location, division, and/or company. Compensation decisions are made by considering factors such as skill sets, experience and training, and other business and organizational needs.
