This global role oversees sales support/deal desk, change management, and master data governance while shaping sales process transformation to significantly impact seller, customer, and partner experience. This position reports to the VP of Revenue Operations and leads a team of 20-25 professionals across multiple operational functions. The ideal candidate has an innovative, process-driven mindset with robust leadership across people, process, and technology. Experience leading GTM organizations through CRM consolidation and CPQ transformation is essential.
