Full time | On-Site (Mississauga, ON)

We are seeking a Legal Administrator to provide administrative and documentation support to our Engineering Department on a short-term basis for 4-6 months with possibility of extension.

The primary focus of the role will be reviewing and organizing historical project documentation and assisting with the development of a clear and chronological legal case timeline.

Key Responsibilities

- Review, organize, and label historical project documentation.
- Develop and maintain a clear chronological legal case timeline.
- Summarize and cross-reference key project events and supporting documentation.
- Provide administrative and document management support to the Engineering Department.
- Assist with additional project and administrative duties as required.

Qualifications

- Administrative experience; legal, paralegal, construction, or engineering experience is an asset.
- Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
- Comfortable reviewing and organizing large volumes of documentation.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
- Able to work independently and manage assigned tasks.
- Strong written communication and confidentiality skills.
