Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation across various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming workplace for clients and staff. This role requires solid attention to detail, excellent time management, and effective communication skills to deliver high-quality cleaning services consistently.

Responsibilities

- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including floors, windows, restrooms, and common areas using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies
- Operate hand tools and power tools for tasks such as polishing, scrubbing, or minor repairs as needed
- Conduct facilities maintenance tasks to ensure facility is in good working order
- Utilize custodial experience to follow cleaning protocols and safety procedures effectively
- Manage time efficiently to complete assigned cleaning duties within scheduled shifts
- Handle heavy lifting when moving furniture or equipment during cleaning or maintenance activities
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety standards




- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding work progress or any issues encountered

Requirements

- Prior custodial or commercial cleaning experience is required.
- Familiarity with the use of hand tools, power tools, and facilities maintenance equipment is required.
- Strong customer service skills to interact professionally with clients or building occupants when necessary.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and effectively during cleaning or maintenance tasks is required.
- Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and supervisors.
- Reliable with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Punctual with great work ethic.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $24.64-$25.00 per hour
