Role Description The Maintenance Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Delta, BC. This position is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing packaging and warehouse equipment to support safe and efficient operations. Day-to-day tasks include performing routine inspections, executing preventive maintenance schedules, diagnosing equipment issues, and coordinating repairs to minimize downtime.

The Maintenance

Technician will collaborate with operations and production teams, maintain accurate maintenance records, follow safety and regulatory standards, and assist with continuous improvement initiatives for equipment performance and reliability.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair skills for production and warehouse machinery.




- Candidates should possess solid Troubleshooting and Industrial Maintenance skills for mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
- Candidates should possess experience with Preventive Maintenance programs, including inspections, lubrication, and part replacement.
- Experience in a packaging, manufacturing, or warehousing workplace is beneficial.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, drawings, and equipment schematics.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant technical diploma, trade certification, or equivalent experience in maintenance or industrial trades.
