This is a one-year parental leave replacement position, with the potential opportunity to transition into a permanent role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain and reconcile daily transaction records, including creating new customers, invoices generation, collections and prepare related journal entries in different entities.
- Support the month-end close process by executing assigned closing tasks and reviewing and analyzing recurring revenue and credit notes.
- Prepare monthly deferred revenue balances and reconcile them at the customer invoice level.
- Collaborate closely with Revenue Operations and Sales teams to support accurate and timely invoice generation.
- Perform multi-currency intercompany reconciliations.
- Prepare and submit monthly U.S. sales tax returns and Canadian sales tax filings, including GST, PST, and HST, through Avalara.
- Perform weekly cheque collection processing and bank deposits.
- Prepare and deliver interim and annual audit working papers, including supporting backup documentation.
- Address customer questions and collection follow ups.

What we're looking for:





- 7+ years of progressive experience in accounting.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
- Hands-on experience with invoice generation, account reconciliation.
- Strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to stay focused, manage priorities effectively, meeting deadlines and adapt in a rapid-paced environment.
- Demonstrated willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics accounting software (F&O;) is MUST have.
- Sales Force experience is an asset.
- CPA designation, or enrollment in the CPA program, is considered an asset.
