Our mission of good parts on time, along with strong customer relationships and company performance, will continue our history of growth.Position SummaryThe CNC Machine Operator is responsible for operating CNC machinery to produce precision parts and components according to specifications. This role requires a solid understanding of machine operation, attention to detail, and the ability to perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal machine performance.Compensation Range:$22.50 up to $29.27 hourlyShift Schedule: Candidate must be available to work on a rotating shift( Days - 7:00 am - 3:00 pm, Afternoon - 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm, Night - 11:00 pm - 7:00 am from Sunday to Friday)Primary ResponsibilitiesMachine OperationOperate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, milling, turning,



and cutting based on production requirements.Load and unload raw materials and finished parts into and out of the machine.Start and stop machine operation as required to complete production runs.Monitoring and Quality ControlMonitor the machine’s performance during operation to ensure consistent and accurate production.Inspect finished products using precision measuring tools (e.G., calipers, micrometers) to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.Identify and report any deviations from specifications or quality issues to the supervisor.Routine Maintenance and TroubleshootingPerform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting the machines to ensure they operate efficiently.Detect and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and make adjustments or repairs as needed.Collaborate with maintenance personnel for more complex repairs and preventive maintenance activities.Documentation and ReportingMaintain accurate records of production output, machine settings, and any issues encountered during operation.Complete production logs, inspection reports, and other required documentation.Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding production status and any operational concerns.Safety and ComplianceAdhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a protected working environment.Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required for the task at hand.Report any safety hazards or incidents to the supervisor immediately.Required Skills & ExpertiseEducation and ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in CNC machining is a plus.Minimum of 5 years of experience as a CNC operator or in a related field.Technical SkillsBasic understanding of CNC machine operation and programming.Ability to read and interpret blueprints,
