TAIBU Community Health Centre in Scarborough, Ontario, is hiring a Manager of Clinical Coordination & Navigation to lead integrated primary healthcare services for Black communities across the GTA. Immediate start, full-time, 35 hours/week, reporting to the Director of Primary Health Care Services.

The role manages Medical Secretaries staff and coordinates for clinicians, nurses, chiropodist, dietitians and social workers. Solid leadership and EMR optimization are essential.
