Build, manage, and steward strategic partner relationships, including sponsorship fulfillment and reporting.

Foster an inclusive onsite innovation ecosystem through events and community programming. Lead and empower a multidisciplinary team across experience, partnerships, sponsorships, and corporate events. Serve as coach, ambassador, and senior representative for staff, VIPs, partners, and stakeholders.

Use data, insights, and community feedback to shape annual plans, KPIs, and funding proposals. Degree in Business, Marketing, Fundraising, Tourism & Hospitality, or related field, or equivalent leadership experience ~7+ years of senior-level experience in innovation, economic development, major events, corporate and strategic partnerships,



or placemaking ~ 5+ years leading and mentoring dynamic teams in tech-driven or community-focused organizations ~ Passion for trendspotting, user experience design, and reimagining inspiring spaces ~ Ability to collect, interpret, and analyze data for decision-making ~ Appreciation for DEI, creative placemaking, and integrating arts, technology, and culture ~ Strong writing and presentation skills in English ~ French considered a strong asset Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and utilize data-driven insights for decision-making in rapid-paced environments.
