Job Role: Manager ERP Sage X3

Location : Canada/Remote Role

Position Type : Fulltime Role

This is a remote role

Must Have:

- Experience working in a Managerial role.
- Strong hands-on experience with Sage X3 ERP (must-have)
- 5-10 years of experience in application support and system analysis.
- Experience across supply chain and finance modules (MRP/DRP, inventory, procurement, order management, manufacturing)
- Strong understanding and experience with IT operational process and control frameworks (ITIL, COBIT).
- Ability to support configurations, integrations, and ongoing system optimization.
- Knowledge of the cannabis industry considered a solid asset.
- Experience working with an enterprise level ITSM (ServiceNow).
- Exposure to enterprise / multi-site environments and IT controls (SOX/ITGC is a plus)
- Understanding of financial, sales, logistics and inventory integration within Sage X3 including journal entries, reconciliation processes, sales orders, deliveries, manufacturing and stock allocation.
