MARKETING COORDINATOR
- - - Full Time Fixed Term - In Office - Existing Position - Maternity Leave Coverage
Summary The Marketing Coordinator, under the direction of the Director of Marketing, will primarily be responsible for supporting the Marketing department in both primary and administrative duties. The Marketing Coordinator plays a critical role in the smooth operation of the Marketing department and the achievement of strategic and operational goals.
Job Duties
- Responsible for the daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department
- Supports the Director of Marketing in the organizing of events and advertising campaigns
- Assists in the creation of content for the company’s website and sales or promotional materials
- Actively posts content on the company’s social media accounts; responds to queries and comments
- Handles all inbound leads through the company’s various lead-generation channels
- Communicates directly with dealers and encourages trusting relationships
- Other day-to-day customer service tasks including, but not limited to, answering phone calls and other office administrative tasks

Job Requirements
- This is a great opportunity for a fresh graduate
- 2-5 years’ experience in a marketing role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally
- Proven team player who is both flexible and adaptable
- Good understanding of office management and marketing principles
- Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced workplace where you wear multiple hats
- Ability to respond quickly in a dynamic and changing environment
- Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
- Proven ability to prioritize and manage conflicting demands
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and various social media platforms
- A degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or related fields
- Preferred but not mandatory: Candidates with knowledge of WordPress, CRM tools such as Salesforce, and Google Analytics will be further considered
