Job Overview

We are looking for a creative, hands-on Marketing Manager to lead marketing across our brewery, taproom and growing portfolio of beverage brands.

This is a highly execution-focused role for someone who can develop strong ideas and then bring them to life. You will manage social media, content creation, events, partnerships, promotions and brand initiatives while working closely with our sales and hospitality teams.

The ideal candidate understands how to build beverage brands, create engaging content and turn what is happening at the brewery into marketing that gets people through the doors and products into consumers' hands.

Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media & Content

- Manage the day-to-day social media presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other relevant platforms.
- Develop and maintain a consistent content calendar across multiple brands.
- Create engaging Reels, photography, short-form video, graphics and written content.
- Identify trends and develop timely, entertaining content that fits each brand's personality.
- Coordinate photo and video shoots and manage external photographers or creators when required.
- Engage with followers, customers and community partners through social channels.
- Track social performance and continuously improve content based on results.

Brand Marketing
- Help develop and execute marketing strategies for our beer, spirits and RTD brands.
- Maintain consistent brand positioning, messaging and visual identity.
- Develop campaigns supporting recent product launches, seasonal releases and key sales periods.
- Create and coordinate marketing materials including sell sheets, presentations, menus, posters, signage and digital assets.

- Work closely with sales to develop materials and campaigns supporting retail, grocery, convenience, licensee and other sales channels.
- Identify creative opportunities to differentiate our brands in a competitive beverage market.

Brewery & Taproom Marketing
- Develop campaigns that increase brewery and taproom traffic.
- Promote food, beer, patios, sports programming, special events and seasonal initiatives.
- Work with operations to develop weekly and monthly promotional calendars.
- Create marketing programs designed to increase reservations, event bookings and repeat visits.
- Ensure brewery events and activations are effectively captured and amplified through social media.

Events, Partnerships & Activations
- Coordinate brand participation at festivals, tastings, golf tournaments and community events.
- Develop creative sampling and experiential marketing programs.
- Identify and manage partnerships with organizations, venues, influencers and other brands.
- Coordinate event assets including signage, displays, tents, merchandise and product.
- Ensure events generate usable social content and measurable marketing value.

Digital Marketing
- Manage and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta and other relevant platforms.
- Coordinate email marketing campaigns and customer communications.
- Maintain and update website content.
- Monitor digital advertising performance and recommend improvements.

- Track key marketing KPIs including reach, engagement, follower growth, website traffic, campaign performance and event results.
- Monitor competitors, beverage trends and emerging social media formats.
- Provide regular reporting on marketing performance.

- Manage marketing budgets and ensure spending is focused on initiatives that generate measurable value.

What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, social media, brand management or a related role.
- Experience in craft beer, beverage alcohol, hospitality, CPG or lifestyle brands is strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and short-form video.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Strong creative instincts with the ability to recognize what makes compelling social content.
- Comfortable shooting and editing photo and video content.
- Experience with Canva and common content creation/editing tools.
- Understanding of Meta Ads Manager and digital advertising.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple brands and projects simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment where priorities can change quickly.
- Willingness to occasionally work evenings and weekends for events, content shoots and activations.

The Person We're Looking For You don't need a massive agency team to make something happen. You see an opportunity, develop the idea and figure out how to execute it.

You should be equally comfortable planning a three-month brand campaign and grabbing a phone to shoot a Reel because something funny just happened at the brewery.

We're looking for someone who understands that great beverage marketing isn't just about making things look good. It's about building brands, creating community and ultimately driving sales.

Why Join Us?

You'll have the opportunity to work across established and emerging beverage brands while having significant creative ownership over how they grow.

This is not a role where every idea needs to travel through five layers of approval. We're looking for someone who wants to create, test, learn and build brands people actually want to follow, visit and drink.
