Job Overview

We are looking for a full-time, remote Marketing Manager (Generalist) to own the execution and day-to-day management of marketing across email, webinars, referral partnerships, content, funnels, website coordination, and campaign operations.

This is not a strategic Head of Marketing role, and it is not an entry-level coordinator position. This is a mid-level operator role built for someone who thrives on turning strategy into consistent, high-quality output.

You will be the layer between the founder and a team of specialized contractors (webinar builder, web developer, paid ads team, and designer). You will coordinate their work, own the newsletter and LinkedIn presence, and ensure marketing campaigns ship consistently and professionally.

Copywriting ability is critical. You will write and edit marketing emails, LinkedIn posts, landing page copy, and campaign messaging on a daily basis. If you love crafting clear, persuasive, professional copy — this role will energize you.

Within 90 days, the founder should be confident that marketing execution moves forward without bottlenecks, communication is proactive, and campaigns are shipping on schedule

Work Schedule

- Monday to Friday
- 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST (Pacific Standard Time)
- Philippine Time: approximately 12:00 AM – 9:00 AM PHT
- Full overlap with the founder’s working hours is required

Salary & Incentives

Base Salary: PHP 52,000 – 58,000 per month

Performance-based quarterly bonuses

- Manage weekly marketing execution across all channels
- Maintain campaign calendars, project timelines, and deliverable trackers
- Coordinate deliverables across contractors and vendors (webinar builder, web developer, paid ads team, designer)
- Build, document, and improve SOPs and internal marketing workflows
- Track campaign execution and performance metrics — flag issues before they become problems

Copywriting & Content
- Write and edit marketing emails, newsletters, LinkedIn posts, and landing page copy
- Coordinate content publishing across LinkedIn, email, blog, and video channels
- Organize founder-led content production and scheduling
- Work with editors, designers, and contractors to maintain a consistent content cadence
- Repurpose webinar and long-form content into evergreen marketing assets

Email Marketing & CRM
- Execute email campaigns and newsletters end-to-end
- Build nurture sequences, automations, and follow-up workflows
- Manage list segmentation, scheduling, and deliverability
- Monitor engagement metrics and optimize based on performance data

Webinar & Funnel Execution
- Coordinate webinar promotion, logistics,

and follow-up workflows
- Build and optimize landing pages and registration funnels
- Support webinar-to-consultation conversion systems
- Continuously improve funnel performance based on data

Referral & Partner Marketing
- Support referral partner communication and outreach campaigns
- Coordinate joint marketing initiatives and follow-up systems
- Maintain CRM tracking and relationship organization for partner channels

Website & Conversion Support
- Coordinate WordPress updates, landing pages, and site improvements with developers and designers
- Support ongoing website optimization and conversion rate improvements

Work-From-Home Requirements
- Laptop or PC with Intel i5 (or equivalent) or better
- Internet speed of at least 25 Mbps (upload & download)
- Noise-cancelling headset
- Power backup (UPS, generator, or nearby co-working space)
- Quiet, dedicated home workspace with a desk

Qualifications

Required

- At least 3+ years of practical marketing experience executing campaigns across multiple channels — not just strategy, but hands-on delivery
- Strong copywriting ability — you will write emails, LinkedIn posts, landing page copy, and campaign messaging daily
- Excellent written English communication — clear, concise,

professional, and persuasive
- Experience managing and coordinating contractors, vendors, or cross-functional collaborators
- Strong project management and organizational skills — you keep multiple workstreams moving without dropping balls
- High level of accountability and follow-through — you close loops and communicate proactively
- Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity) and willingness to incorporate them into daily work
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment without constant oversight
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated, quiet workspace
- Availability to work during North American Pacific Time business hours

Nice to Have

- Experience in legal / law firms or other qualified services firms (accounting, consulting, etc)
- Experience with HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, or similar email and CRM platforms
- WordPress experience (coordinating updates, landing pages, basic content management)
- Webinar marketing experience (promotion, logistics, follow-up sequences)
- Experience with CRM systems, automations, and marketing workflows
- Experience coordinating campaigns across multiple channels simultaneously
- LinkedIn content management experience (writing posts, responding to messages)

Who Thrives in This Role
- You love building systems and creating order out of complexity — marketing ops is your happy place
- You are a strong writer who can craft clear, persuasive, professional copy quickly
- You take direction well and operationalize strategy effectively without needing to be told twice
- You are proactive — you spot problems before they escalate and take initiative without waiting to be asked
- You manage multiple moving parts simultaneously without becoming chaotic
- You communicate clearly and concisely — you summarize, you don’t ramble
- You are detail-oriented and process-minded, but you move with pace — speed and quality are not trade-offs for you
- You are calm, low-ego, and collaborative — you run your lane and make everyone around you better
- You are comfortable making decisions with imperfect information and course-correcting as you learn

This Role Is Probably Not a Fit If
- You are looking for a purely strategic or executive-level marketing leadership role
- You dislike operational execution work and prefer only high-level planning
- You prefer highly corporate environments with many layers of management
- You primarily identify as a content creator or social media specialist rather than a marketing generalist
- You are highly passive or dependent on constant direction
