As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced, highly skilled Medical Aesthetician who is passionate about skin health, client education, and delivering outstanding results.

Position Overview

This is not an entry-level aesthetician role.

We are looking for someone with strong hands-on experience, advanced skin knowledge, and the ability to confidently guide clients through customized treatment plans that deliver real, noticeable results.

The ideal candidate is passionate about skin transformation, confident recommending treatment plans and skincare, and thrives in a high-end, team-oriented environment. They should be highly professional, warm, results-driven, and excited to continue learning and growing within the medical aesthetics industry.

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Consultations & Treatment Planning

- Perform in-depth skin consultations and assessments
- Build customized treatment plans based on client goals and concerns
- Educate clients on treatments, skincare, expectations, and maintenance
- Recommend appropriate home care and ongoing treatment plans
- Build strong long-term relationships with clients

Skin & Aesthetic Treatments Perform treatments safely and confidently, including:

- Medical-grade facials
- Chemical peels
- Microneedling
- Dermaplaning
- Laser hair removal
- IPL / photofacial treatments
- Skin tightening treatments
- Acne treatments




- Hydrating and anti-aging treatments
- Additional advanced aesthetic treatments as trained

Client Experience

- Deliver a luxury-level client experience from start to finish
- Ensure clients feel comfortable, educated, and cared for
- Follow up with clients post-treatment when appropriate
- Maintain detailed and accurate treatment notes

Sales & Retention

- Recommend skincare products confidently and ethically
- Help clients commit to treatment plans that support long-term results
- Support package sales and membership opportunities
- Encourage rebooking and ongoing maintenance treatments

Clinic Standards

- Maintain cleanliness and treatment room organization
- Follow all safety and sanitation protocols
- Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and education
- Contribute positively to team culture and clinic growth

Required Qualifications

- Medical Aesthetician diploma or certification
- Minimum 2+ years experience in a medical aesthetics or advanced skincare environment
- Strong knowledge of skin health, aging, acne, pigmentation,



and treatment planning
- Experience performing advanced skin treatments
- Solid communication and client relationship skills
- Professional, polished, and confident demeanor
- Passion for skincare, aesthetics, and continued education

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with

- Medical-grade skincare lines
- Advanced laser technologies
- Morpheus8
- IPL / photofacial treatments
- Aerolase Neo or similar laser platforms
- Treatment package sales
- Luxury client experience environments
- Social media content creation or client education
