Membership & Sales Specialist — Wolfhouse MMA

Wolfhouse MMA is looking for an outgoing, motivated, and sales-driven person to join our team in Edmonton.

This is not just a front-desk position. Your primary responsibility will be helping grow Wolfhouse by turning inquiries, walk-ins, and trial members into long-term members.

What You’ll Do

- Respond to new membership inquiries quickly and professionally
- Call and text leads and follow up consistently
- Book and confirm trial classes and gym tours
- Welcome prospective members and show them around Wolfhouse
- Learn what each person is looking for and recommend the right membership or program
- Follow up with trial members and no-shows
- Reconnect with old leads and former members
- Confidently ask for the sale and complete membership sign-ups
- Maintain an organized lead pipeline
- Work closely with coaches and front-desk staff to create an excellent first experience
- Track and report membership sales and follow-up activity

Who We’re Looking For
- Naturally outgoing and great with people
- Confident speaking in person,



over the phone, and by text
- Comfortable with sales and closing
- Organized and consistent with follow-up
- Competitive and motivated by goals and targets
- Reliable, professional, and positive
- Sales or customer-service experience is an asset
- Fitness or combat-sports experience is helpful, but not required

Position Details Location: Wolfhouse MMA — St. Albert, Alberta

Hours: 20 hours per week

Schedule: Primarily evenings + Saturday

Compensation: Base hourly wage + commission on memberships sold + performance bonuses
