We're looking for a reliable, motivated individuals with a positive attitude toward teamwork to fill an Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) position at our South Bay Chip Plant.

- Hourly Rate: $40.90

- Install, maintain, and repair mechanical and industrial equipment in a production setting
- Perform SMAW and FCAW welding in all positions
- Troubleshoot, repair, assemble, and conduct preventive maintenance on machines
- Repair or replace chains, belt conveyors, gearboxes, hydraulics, and more using electronic tools

- Identify opportunities for improvement
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards

Education: Industrial Mechanics diploma (Minimum Bloc 1 or higher)





- Experience: 2-5 years in an industrial environment
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Must meet JDI selection criteria
- Quality-focused and detail-oriented
- Able to work under pressure and adapt to unexpected situations
- Strong work ethic, discipline, and diligence
- Skilled in problem-solving (hydraulic and pneumatic troubleshooting)
