Responsibilities

- Install, maintain, and repair mechanical and industrial equipment in a production environment
- Perform SMAW and FCAW welding in all positions
- Troubleshoot, repair, assemble, and conduct preventive maintenance on machines
- Repair or replace chains, belt conveyors, gearboxes, hydraulics, and more using electronic tools
- Identify opportunities for improvement
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards

Qualifications

Education:



Industrial Mechanics diploma (Minimum Bloc 1 or higher)

- Experience: 2-5 years in an industrial environment
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Must meet JDI selection criteria
- Quality-focused and detail-oriented
- Able to work under pressure and adapt to unexpected situations
- Robust work ethic, discipline, and diligence
- Skilled in problem-solving (hydraulic and pneumatic troubleshooting)
- Team player with a commitment to safety
- Quick learner, autonomous, and meticulous
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsosted
