Requirements
- Montessori training from a MACTE-accredited program required
- 2–3 years of Montessori classroom experience preferred
- Must hold at least Alberta ECE Level 1 certification
- Strong understanding of Montessori philosophy and practice
- Passionate about working with young children
- Reliable, cooperative, and committed to creating a respectful and nurturing classroom environment
