Candidates must be Canadian citizens with a decade of citizenship and willingness to obtain Top Secret security clearance. This position requires a strong foundation in designing, supporting, and troubleshooting networking infrastructure, along with hands-on experience in various technologies and operational procedures. Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and modify network operational procedures




- Develop build guides for current systems and configurations
- Respond to incidents and manage support tickets
- Install and cable physical network infrastructure
- Mentor personnel and provide training as needed Requirements:
- University degree or five years of IT experience
- Three years of recent networking experience
