Role Description

This is a hybrid role based in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada, with some work-from-home flexibility. As a Recent Home Sales Specialist, you will guide potential homebuyers through the purchasing process, deliver exceptional customer service, and meet sales targets.

Your responsibilities will include showcasing new homes, building relationships with prospective buyers,



and collaborating with industry professionals to support the home sales process. You will play a key role in contributing to the growth and success of Timberstone Realty’s communities.

Qualifications

- Experience in New Home Sales and a solid understanding of the homebuilding industry
- Proven Customer Service skills with the ability to build strong client relationships
- Sales acumen and the ability to meet or exceed performance targets
- A valid Real Estate License or the willingness to obtain one (required)
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings
- Familiarity with the Greater Toronto Area housing market is a plus
- Proficient knowledge of marketing and sales tools is beneficial
