Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Night Auditor to join our hospitality team. The Night Auditor plays a vital role in ensuring smooth overnight operations, providing exceptional guest services, and maintaining the security and integrity of the hotel during nighttime hours. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong customer service skills and a passion for hospitality to contribute to a welcoming environment for our guests.

Responsibilities

- Perform nightly audit procedures, including balancing accounts and reconciling transactions from the day shift
- Greet guests arriving during overnight hours with professionalism and courtesy
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints efficiently, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction
- Manage multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries and direct calls appropriately
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions, reservations, and billing information
- Ensure the security of the hotel premises by monitoring surveillance systems and conducting regular patrols




- Prepare reports for management regarding daily activities, occupancy levels, and financial summaries
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and filing as needed

Requirements

- Previous experience in hotel front desk operations or hospitality preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse guests
- Knowledge of multi-line phone systems and guest service software is a plus
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts, typically from late evening to early morning hours
- Hospitality or hotel experience is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for qualified candidates

Job Types: Full time, Permanent Pay: $16.75 per hour
