Join a Growing NP-Led Clinic | Relocate Your Practice | Maximize Your Panel An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Nurse Practitioner wanting to either join the NP Primary Care Program (NPPCP) or currently practicing within primary care who is looking to relocate their practice. This position offers immediate access to a well-established panel of patients requiring ongoing care following a physician retirement.

About the Clinic

This is a newly restructured, NP-led clinic under new ownership, designed to support high-functioning, autonomous practitioners. The clinic is currently home to two full-time NPs within the NPPCP, 2 casual / part-time NPs, with an additional two providers starting soon! We are seeking one more NP to help balance mentorship, workflow, and clinical excellence within the team.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in family of all ages primary care, community health, and/or older adult health / supportive living
- Specialized knowledge on hormone replacement, menopause, women’s health, and vitamin therapy
- Must be willing to wait – since the funding is dependent on the government,



the application is made and the process can take between four to six months to be fully approved and set up to work. Casual hours may be available for the right candidate while awaiting a response

- 25% overhead on all billings including:
- NPPCP income, Non-insured services such as forms, In-clinic product and program revenue (e.g., vitamins, specialty services)
- Accuro EMR system / willing to negotiate if NP already has EMR in place and is transferring into the clinic
- Can be currently practicing within the NPPCP in Alberta or wanting to apply
- Interested in building or maximizing a full patient panel
- Values autonomy, collaboration, and long-term patient relationships
