This position requires at least seven years of operational accounting experience and demands fluency in financial software like SAP. The Controller will engage actively with plant management, orchestrate accounting department activities, and oversee compliance with GAAP guidelines. Key Responsibilities:

- Direct accounting activities, including budgets and forecasts
- Coordinate payroll, accounts receivable, and payable functions
- Review monthly revenue recognition for accuracy
- Implement and enhance the SAP ERP system
