AgentSync is hiring a Head of Legal to build our legal strategy and provide guidance across the business, with a robust focus on SaaS commercial and transactional agreements. We are looking for someone who can think about legal strategy in a comprehensive way and be a resident expert in providing advice and counsel on a broad range of various industry and litigation strategies that support the organization’s overall mission. You will be able to operate independently in a high growth environment and work collaboratively and proactively with our executive team, as well as cross-functionally with business partners.

Partner with the company’s go-to-market and product teams from inception to product development and beyond to identify potential legal risks and provide risk-mitigation counseling Maintain knowledge of the company’s legal documents and operations Work on transactional agreements and commercial agreements process and templates Juris Doctorate degree from ABA accredited law school ~ 6+ years of legal experience,



including 2+ years working in house at a SaaS firm ~ Experience in commercial transactions Our ideal candidate will live within 25 miles of our office in Denver.
