Role Description The Operations Manager is a full-time, fully remote role. This position oversees day-to-day operational activities, including production planning, inventory management, and coordination with suppliers and manufacturing partners to ensure timely delivery of games and toys.
The Operations
Manager optimizes workflows, implements process improvements, and monitors key performance indicators to support efficiency, quality, and cost control. The role includes collaborating closely with design, marketing, and sales teams to align operational plans with product launches and distribution timelines, as well as managing documentation, compliance, and operational risk.

Manager also leads and supports operations staff, providing clear direction, problem-solving guidance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Experience in operations management, including production planning, inventory control, and process optimization.
- Strong skills in project management, time management, and organization to coordinate multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Proficiency with ERP or inventory management systems, spreadsheets, and data analysis tools to track performance and make data-informed decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams such as design, marketing, sales, and logistics.
- Leadership skills, including team supervision, performance feedback, and fostering an inclusive, respectful work environment.
- Knowledge of manufacturing, supply chain, and quality assurance practices, ideally in consumer products, toys, or games.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document processes and present operational insights clearly.
- Relevant post-secondary education in business, operations management, supply chain, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in scaling operations for growing companies and familiarity with global distribution or export logistics is an asset.
